Goatlantis is a dream come true for our family. For a long time, we lived in the city and worked busy jobs. Farming was just something we saw from afar. But for me, the spark started in Ukraine. As a child, I loved being around goats and helping care for them. Even after moving to Canada and building a life in the city, I never forgot that feeling. Everything changed when we moved to the countryside near Lac La Biche. A kind neighbor gave us our first goats. That generous gift opened a whole new door for us. We fell in love with them instantly. We had to learn everything from scratch. We built shelters and fixed fences one day at a time. We were not born into farming, but we loved the challenge. Soon, we discovered the magic of fresh milk and the art of making cheese. What started as curiosity became a true passion. Today, we are proud first-generation farmers.
Our journey is full of lessons, small mistakes, and big joys. We focus on raising healthy goats and caring for our land. Our goal is to make delicious, handmade cheese with love.
